The job satisfaction of university teachers

Employee job satisfaction is an important factor that can determine organizational productivity, and organizations need to pay attention this pivotal aspect. This study aimed empirically examine the role of transformational leadership styles employability on employee satisfaction. The participants are 49 university teachers at University X Yogyakarta. sampling randomly chosen using a simple random technique. In addition, data collected scale satisfaction, style, employability. then analyzed multiple linear regression techniques. results showed 1) Simultaneously, style provide very significant in influencing with p=0.000 (p0.01); 2) Partially p=0.019 (p0.05); 3) there was (p0.01). Transformational contribute 52.5% Employability contributed more dominantly (35.8%) than (16.7%).
